- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Split buns without separating completely; lay bottom halves in a buttered dish.
- Layer ham and cheese on the bottom buns. Cap with the top halves.
- Whisk butter, honey, mustard, and onion powder; brush over the tops. Bake 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
