    Let quesadillas rest for 1-2 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite toppings or dips.

Notes

Brush tortillas with a thin layer of mayo for extra crispness. Use cast iron skillet for best results. Resting quesadillas prevents cheese from oozing out.
