Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning divided
Seafood & Topping
  • 1 lb jumbo lump crabmeat fresh preferred
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven 350°F. Beat softened cream cheese smooth.
  2. Stir in sour cream, mayo, Worcestershire, mustard powder, milk, garlic salt, 1 Tbsp Old Bay.
  3. Fold crabmeat gently until combined.
  4. Spread into oven-safe dish. Top with cheddar, remaining Old Bay.
  5. Bake 20 minutes until bubbly. Broil 2 minutes for golden crust.
  6. Rest 5 minutes. Serve hot with crackers, pretzels.

Notes

Gently fold crab to keep lumps intact. Room temp cream cheese blends best. Crockpot low 3 hours alternative.
